rurrrI met a ton of people and I actually made a lot of friends too!
I saw a live knee replacement surgery and a live dog liver lobotomy and I can honestly say that the blood and stuff doesn't even phase me anymore.
We had a bunch of med sessions and simulations, we sat through loads of seminars and speeches by doctors and patients, and I'm not gunna lie, it was probably the best 10 days of my life!
I'm going sound like a loser, but I totally got butterflies in my stomach just visiting the veterinary college!
Out of all the medical colleges and hospitals we went to, it was THAT one that I fell in love with. I probably won't go to school in Illinois, I'm aiming for CSU really, but just getting a taste of what I want to do was amazing!
Today I went to a cosplay picnic dealie, it was really supa neato. I think I've become much less shy recently, it's a mericle! I met some awesome people :3 also I got the audience favorite award (somehow) in this cosplay contest thinger, I wasn't expecting it at all but thanks picnic goers! I ruv roo! o-o
